Romsey Community Aged Care is seeking a Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistant to cover planned and unplanned staff leave within the home. You will deliver diverse lifestyle programs and support residents’ physiological, physical and emotional wellbeing, using technology to enhance care.
The role requires empathy, robust communication, and the ability to work as part of a cooperative team in a not‑for‑profit aged care setting. Must have CPR/First Aid and a current Police Check.
