Responsibilities
Booking and coordinating flights, hotels, car rentals, and additional travel services on behalf of clients
Monitoring and managing travel expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities
Online support for OBT
Delivering exceptional customer service, providing resolutions to issues and enquiries
Collaborating with team members, adhering to company policies and procedures
Identifying opportunities for process improvement





Requirements
Experience in corporate travel management
Strong reservation skills with Galileo ticketing experience highly preferred
Exposure to NDC
Great attention to detail and experience with Excel
Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
Fantastic customer service skills with a passion for a valuable challenge
OBT experience a must
