About the Role
You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring and career development, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
This role requires you to deliver strategic mental health initiatives for priority communities, by applying strong project management expertise to manage planning, resources, budgets, risks and reporting, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
By using mental health policy,



regulatory and program data, you’ll drive strategic planning and help inform decision-making, evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement and develop evidence-based strategies that strengthen mental health outcomes.
A key focus requires you to build and maintain robust partnerships with government agencies, healthcare providers, community organisations, advocacy groups and people with lived experience to drive collaboration, influence meaningful mental health reform efforts and identify emerging shared priorities.
You’ll also champion health equity and innovation to deliver culturally responsive solutions that address complex challenges and improve mental health outcomes for diverse and priority communities.
