Physiotherapist / Exercise Physiologist — Orthopaedic & Spinal Rehab

Join a surgeon-led practice delivering robotic hip and knee arthroplasty (MAKO/ROSA) and comprehensive spinal surgery. We're seeking a Physiotherapist (AHPRA) or Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA) to support patients through pre-operative optimisation and post-operative recovery.

You will:

Deliver prehabilitation and patient education to optimise surgical readiness

Provide procedure-specific rehabilitation for arthroplasty and spinal surgery patients

Support structured non-operative pathways

Collaborate directly with the surgical team and referring GPs

Current AHPRA registration or ESSA accreditation

Solid interprofessional communication and an outcome-focused approach

A genuinely integrated role within a specialist practice, with direct surgeon collaboration and your own independent practice mix.
