As the Venue Manager you will hold full operational responsibility for this premier restaurant and bar. You will lead a high calibre front of house (FOH) team, protect and elevate the guest experience, and ensure every detail reflects this iconic venues sophisticated yet energetic identity.

Key responsibilities include
Leading, coaching and developing the complete FOH team across restaurant and bar
Setting and maintaining service standards that consistently exceed guest expectations
Building a positive, high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent
Overseeing daily operations, rostering and floor leadership during peak periods
Working closely with ownership and senior leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences and commercial results
Polished, confident and full of presence

About You You are an experienced hospitality leader who has successfully managed large,



high-volume venues and thrives in the pressure and energy of a major opening. '

You bring
Proven experience as a Venue Manager or equivalent in a busy, high expectation restaurant or multi-outlet setting
Demonstrated ability to build, lead and inspire high performing front of house teams
Exceptional guest-focused mindset with a track record of elevating service standards
Robust commercial awareness and the ability to balance experience with operational performance
Calm, decisive leadership under pressure and the energy to match a high-profile launch
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
