Manage labour costs and COG's to maximise your venues profitability.

Proven experience in hospitality leadership An understanding of a venues financials

Valid RSA and Approved Managers card

First Aid Certificate is desirable or a willingness to be trained Previous experience in an arcade or bowling sphere is a big plus!
