About the role

Join the team at Knox Power Tools' as a casual Tool Repair Technician in Rowville. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a variety of power tools, ensuring our customers receive high-quality service and get back to work quickly. What you'll be doing
Diagnose and repair a wide range of power tools including drills, saws, sanders and other equipment
Perform routine maintenance on tools to prevent issues and extend their lifespan
Liaise with customers to understand the problem and provide explicit repair estimates
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and parts used
Assist the workshop team with other duties as required

What we're looking for
Strong technical skills and experience repairing a variety of power tools
Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues with power tools
Valuable customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly




Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience
