We’re partnering with a leading commercial builder,delivering a major commercial project in Melbourne.

Due to project demands, they’re looking to engage an experienced Foreman on a contract basis to take ownership of key site activities and drive programme on a live build.

This is a fast-paced, well-structured Tier 1 workplace with strong systems and an established site team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations across designated areas
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
Drive site safety and enforce Tier 1 standards
Oversee quality and ensure works meet specifications
Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
Identify and resolve site issues quickly to avoid delays
Maintain solid communication across trades and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For




Proven experience as a Foreman or supervisor on Tier 1 or major Tier 2 projects
Strong commercial construction background (high-rise or large-scale builds preferred)
Experience working in live, fast-paced project settings
Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
Solid leadership and communication skills
Available to start immediately or at short notice
