Our client is a respected provider of fire protection and electrical services to commercial businesses in and around Broken Hill. WorkPac are currently seeking a Trade Assistant to assist with maintaining, repairing, and installing various fire protection and electrical systems.

Roster

Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm

What you will be doing:
Assisting technicians with the maintenance, repair, and installation of fire protection and electrical systems in commercial settings.
Supporting routine inspections, testing, and basic diagnostics on fire protection equipment under supervision.
Working alongside technicians to help meet client needs and ensure all systems are operating correctly.
Completing job documentation, including basic reports and computerbased record updates.
Following all industry standards, safety procedures, codes, and regulations while performing tasks.
Helping troubleshoot system issues and contributing to effective solutions as directed by senior staff.




Ensuring all serviced equipment is safe, reliable, and compliant with Wormalds quality expectations.

What you will need:
Robust computer skills for completing documentation, reports, and electronic records
Good problemsolving ability with a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills when supporting technicians and interacting with clients
A current Drivers Licence
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions and work safely within industry standards
