Your current company As a skilled labourer working through Hays, you will be representing our business while working with a range of large, well-established construction companies. Your current role Assisting tradespeople such as carpenters, concreters, electricians, plumbers, and steel fixers.
Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Site preparation and clean-up, including removing rubbish and maintaining a secure work environment.
Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Manual handling and heavy lifting in accordance with safety procedures.

What you'll need to succeed - Current Construction White Card
Full PPE, including hard hat, high-vis clothing, steel-capped boots, safety glasses, gloves,



and long workwear (If successful, we can provide PPE free of cost)
Reliable transport to and from site Highly Regarded Tickets and Licences - Telehandler Ticket
Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence
Working at Heights
Confined Space Entry
Forklift Licence (LF)
Dogman Licence
Gas Test ticket
Rigging Licence
