About the Role

We are on the hunt for reliable, energetic Part time Coach or a Casual or Subcontracted Coach to jump on the floor with a clear pathway to Part time employment for the right person.

You’ll be delivering top-tier Strength &
Conditioning sessions, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members, and helping us grow through great communication and sales.

What You’ll Be Doing
Coach with Excellence: Lead high-energy group S&C; sessions with a focus on technique, safety, and performance.
Build Community: Connect authentically with members, creating an environment people love coming back to.
Drive Growth: Confidently chat with prospective members, guide them through trials, and convert inquiries into long-term members.
Live the Brand: Embody our culture, back up your teammates, and maintain high standards across the facility.

What We’re Looking For
Team-First Mindset:



Someone who loves being part of a team and truly aligns with The Yard Gym brand.
Knowledge: Solid background in strength and conditioning programming, movement standards, and session flow.
Strong Communication &
Sales Skills:

Friendly, approachable, and confident in conversing, building rapport, and closing sales.
Rock-Solid Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and consistently brings high energy.
Qualifications: Certificate III &
IV in Fitness (or equivalent S&C; qualification), plus current First Aid &
CPR certification.
