Job Title: Test Manager

Location: Brisbane, Australia

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead end-to-end testing across complex enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will define the testing strategy, manage test planning and execution, coordinate with vendors, oversee test environments, drive defect management, and provide quality and release readiness reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Define and own the test strategy aligned with business objectives, delivery methodology, and project risks.
Create and maintain test plans, schedules, and entry/exit criteria.
Work with vendors to assess System Testing exit criteria.
Manage System Testing (where required), Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT support.
Oversee test settings, test data, and project dependencies.
Lead defect triage, prioritisation, tracking, and reporting.
Provide quality metrics, testing status, and release readiness reports to stakeholders.
