MARS Recruitment is partnering with a well-established ASX-listed organisation to recruit an Accounts Payable Officer into its collaborative finance team.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the accounts payable function. The Role

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable process across the business, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end processing of high-volume supplier invoices.
Supplier reconciliations, query resolution and maintaining supplier master data.
Preparing payment runs and ensuring compliance with internal controls and approval processes.
Supporting month-end close activities,



reconciliations and audit requirements.
Assisting with finance process improvements and ERP system enhancements.

About You:
Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
Experience working within an ERP system.
Strong understanding of end-to-end accounts payable processes.
Excellent attention to detail with robust organisational skills.
Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience within construction, industrial, engineering or equipment hire will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
