Senior Clinical Advisor - Disability (Technical Advisory Team)
Initial contract up until December 2026 with possibility of extension
Adelaide Based Position with Hybrid working arrangement

Join a specialist team providing expert advice on complex disability support matters. We're seeking qualified healthcare or allied health specialists to apply their clinical expertise, support evidence-based decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for people with disability.

Skills and Experience:
Solid written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members both within and external to the Branch, provide guidance to junior staff, and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments, and to support various functions as needed.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively,



and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
Competence in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and other relevant tools for scheduling, document preparation, and communication.
Demonstrated disability, hospital or aged care experience
Demonstrated clinical experience
Proven experience in providing high quality Health and Allied Health clinical and technical expertise at an individual and systemic level
Proven experience providing qualified leadership, mentoring and guidance to employees ensuring high quality and consistency in decision making and professional advisory practices.
Demonstrated experience managing team-specific key deliverables
Must be eligible for AHPRA or AHPA registration.
