About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Rental Coordinator. Reporting to the Rental Team Leader, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) behind our rental operations. You’ll handle everything from client enquiries and contract management to dispatch coordination and stock control, all while delivering the standout customer service Air-Met is known for.

Key Responsibilities
Delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers
Preparing rental quotes and contracts accurately and promptly
Managing logistics, dispatch, and return of rental equipment
Coordinating equipment calibration and maintenance
Supporting customers with technical product knowledge and training
Keeping rental data, stock records, and inventory accurate and up-to-date
Collaborating across departments to improve workflows and outcomes





About You
You have a passion for the setting and / or monitoring equipment
You’re customer-first: positive, empathetic, and professional
You’re highly organised and love ticking things off the list
You’re curious and keen to learn, especially about technical equipment
You communicate clearly and work well in a team
You take ownership and pride in the quality and timeliness of your work
You embrace diversity, value wellbeing, and strive to go over and above
You have an interest in Science or Engineering
