This is a Fixed Term chance ending February 2027.

We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to join our Connections Team. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and activation of LION’s brand partnerships, ensuring partnership rights are executed to a high standard and integrated into marketing campaigns to deliver agreed brand and commercial objectives.

A day in the life:

Reporting to the Brand Partnerships Leader, you will:
Deliver partnership activation plans aligned to brand and commercial objectives
Manage key partnerships and ensure rights are executed to a high standard
Build strong relationships with Brand, Sales, Shopper, Events and agency teams
Lead partnership approvals, including talent, IP and rights management




Identify opportunities to maximise partnership value and grow existing relationships
Track performance against KPIs and provide insights to optimise future activity

What you'll bring:
Experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship or marketing, ideally within FMCG or sporting industries
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Excellent project management and organisational capability
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline is desirable
