Essentially Brands Australia PTY/LTD, a leading provider of premium Pet products, Confectionary, Bakery among a few more, is seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Ballarat district VIC 3350. This full time role is an excellent opportunity to leverage your strong sales skills and passion for the pet industry to drive growth and success for our company.

Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting activities
Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and identify upselling opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales strategies and execution
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to customers
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.




Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer objections and close sales
Proactive and self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
