We are currently seeking an Operations and Delivery Team Leader to join our team in Melbourne. This is a full time salaried permanent position, Monday to Friday.

The Operations and Delivery Team Leader is accountable for the day to day management of the operations, coordinating courier fleets, managing drivers, ensuring safety compliance, and meeting localized parcel delivery service targets. This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery performance, from allocation planning and driver onboarding through to delivery execution, ensuring operational performance and client expectations are met. The Operations and Delivery Team Leader provides guidance and support to drivers, driving engagement, performance, and operational improvements across the delivery operation.

We are looking for someone who

· has demonstrated experience in operational leadership or similar roles.



Proven ability to manage and mentor geographically dispersed, high-performing teams.

· Solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience driving performance improvements and operational efficiency.

· High level of organisation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Technologically savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, Freight Management Systems, and route optimisation tools.

· Versatile, proactive, and adaptable with a customer-focused mindset.
