Are you an experienced Speech Pathologist ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to work clinically?

An established NDIS-registered allied health provider in North East Melbourne is seeking a Team Lead Speech Pathologist to support and develop its growing Speech Pathology team.

This position offers an ideal balance between clinical practice and leadership. The full-time structure includes three clinically focused days and two days dedicated to management and team leadership. Part time arrangements may also be considered and can be discussed based on your availability.

About the Role You will provide evidence-based Speech Pathology services to clients across the lifespan while supporting clinicians through supervision, mentoring and day-to-day leadership.

The caseload may include children, adolescents and adults with a variety of communication,



swallowing and disability-related needs. Services are delivered through a combination of clinic appointments, community visits and telehealth.

Your leadership responsibilities will include:
Providing clinical supervision and mentoring to Speech Pathologists
Supporting clinicians with complex cases and clinical decision-making
Promoting high-quality, evidence-based and client-centred practice
Supporting the career development and wellbeing of the team
Contributing to service development and clinical processes
Supporting a positive and collaborative multidisciplinary culture
Maintaining a manageable clinical caseload across three days per week

About You To be considered for this chance, you will have:
A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
