Roles and responsibilities:




Provide Level 2 support for IAMplatforms including Ping AM (Access Management) and ForgeRock stack
Monitor, triage, and resolve productionissues related to authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle
Investigate issues using monitoringtools like Splunk and Recent Relic
Support Kubernetes-based deploymentsand containerized IAM workloads
Assist with CI/CD pipelines usingCodefresh and GitHub Actions
Work with Incapsula (Imperva WAF) fortraffic filtering, security rules, and troubleshooting
Perform Java-based debugging and minorcode enhancements
Participate in incident management,RCA, and problem management
Collaborate with security and infrastructureteams to ensure compliance with security best practices
Support release deployments andenvironment stability across Dev/Test/Prod
