Position: Casual

Time: Various shifts Morning, daytime and evening

Days: Regular repeating roster, up to 7 day per week (regular shifts)

Location: Malvern East (travel and reliable transport is a requirement)

Care Kin is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker(PCA). In this role, you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by facilitating their participation and engagement within the local community.

Responsibilities
Provide Personal Care Assistance (PCA) - Showering, toiletting, etc.
Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
Respect clients' choices, dignity, and independence
Monitor Oxygen Staturation
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Facilitate engagement with community




Assist in keeping the residence maintained

Requirements:
ABN
Experience working with individuals with physical and mental disabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
National Police Check
