Care Tribe Services is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team and provide in-home aged care services in Turkish speaking Dallas, VIC.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will assist older Australians to live safely and independently in their own homes by delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities
Personal Care
Domestic Assistance
Meal Preparation
Social Support and Companionship
Community Access and Transport (where required)

Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent (preferred)
Current National Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate




Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in aged care or community care is highly regarded
