This full time role will suit an experienced, hands on individual looking to take on the next step in her/his career. To be successful in this role you will be a customer focused person and passionate about making a difference.

Responsibilities

Assisting with handling a high volume of contacts, via phone, SMS and email

Making changes to the planned work schedule in accordance with customer demands, priority levels and available capacities.





Day to day liaison with Support Workers, clients, their families and other stakeholders regarding changes to schedulers of support services.

Maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner.

Experience in Community, Services, Health Services and/or in an Aged Care workplace

Experience with rostering database, AlayaCare or similar

Your application will include the following questions:

Current “A” Class driver's license - essential

Current National Police clearance - essential

Fully COVID vaccinated
