NSW Health at Northern Beaches Hospital seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant to lead the Clinical Emergency Response System and disaster response initiatives. You will craft hospital-wide strategies for clinical deterioration, aligning with evidence-based standards and patient needs.

You will work closely with ICU teams and after-hours services, reporting to the Deputy Director of Nursing and integrating nursing, medical and allied health leadership to drive improvements.
