We are a long-standing engineering business based in Bundaberg seeking a qualified and experienced Fitter & Turner to join our small, friendly team.

This is an excellent chance for someone who takes pride in producing quality work, has strong mechanical aptitude, and enjoys a varied role. We are looking for a reliable, motivated tradesperson who can work independently while also contributing positively within a team setting.

About the Role
Manufacturing and maintaining spare parts and components
Producing recent-build parts to specification
Carrying out general fitting, repair and maintenance work
Completing ad hoc machining jobs alongside scheduled production work
Ensuring regular orders are completed accurately and on time
General mechanical assembly as required

Skills & Experience
Experience in general fitting, repair and maintenance
Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Proficiency operating manual lathes, milling machines and drilling equipment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
