Airefrig Australia is a family-owned national wholesaler for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry with 13 branches throughout Australia with 2 branches here in QLD.Airefrig has enjoyed continued growth over its 55 years in business.

Overview

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this outstanding full-time opportunityinvolves both counter and phone sales. No prior internal sales experience in the HVAC&R; industry is necessary and there will be full on the job training provided to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities(but would not be limited to):

Counter and phone sales

Manage customer inquiries efficiently, understand customer requirements and offer the suitable solution based on specifications, costs, and availability.

The applicant will be required to process and manage customer orders through quotation, ordering, picking, packing and organising the delivery of items

Build and strengthen new and existing customer relationships

Work alongside internal departments (warranty, purchasing and accounts) to help satisfy / fulfil customer requests





Assist with warehouse duties when required (receiving of goods, stock take etc)

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Year 10 certificate of completion

Customer service/retail experience (preferred but not essential)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;

Must demonstrate solid communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work autonomously in a team environment

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail required

An interest in creating and maintaining customer relationships

Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects

Extensive and ongoing training provided. We will teach you everything you need to know!
