Sales Manager – Australia & Recent Zealand (ANZ)

Full time | Brisbane preferred | Travel required

Radtronics is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager ANZ to lead growth across Australia, Current Zealand, and neighbouring regions. You’ll work with defence, government, healthcare, research, and industrial clients, representing world‑class radiation‑measurement technologies.

What you’ll do
Build and grow relationships across defence, medical imaging, radiopharmaceutical production, industry, and nuclear research.
Manage key accounts and drive strategic partnerships.
Develop client acquisition strategies and maintain a strong pipeline.
Work closely with suppliers Rotem Industries and Mirion Technologies for training, product updates, and quotations.
Collaborate with international teams on technical solutions.
Commission systems and deliver end‑user training.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and tender submissions.




Lead marketing initiatives and represent Radtronics at conferences and exhibitions.
Provide quarterly sales forecasts and monitor market trends.

About you
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or business development.
Experience in contract development and account management.
Excellent communication and business‑writing skills.
Highly organised, reliable, and self‑driven.
Background in health physics, medical technology, or radiation measurement.
Understanding of radiation‑monitoring instrumentation.
