Role Description

This is a role in the Arncliffe office, south of the Sydney CBD, with adaptable work arrangements for the right candidate. Free all-day parking at the building and steps away from Banksia train station and bus stops. You will advise lot owners, owners corporations, strata managers,



and property development stakeholders on all aspects of strata law, including strata disputes and Tribunal litigation, building defects, alternate dispute resolution, contract reviews, by-laws and levy recovery.

Daily tasks include drafting legal documents, preparing advice, managing strata-related litigation, attending mediations and hearings. You will be the primary and regular client contact, be supported to have autonomy across your portfolio, attend meetings, and representing clients in hearings and mediations. You have access to a team of senior litigators for training, support, knowledge and assistance across the changing requirements of your development and portfolio.

Qualifications A strong lawyer with any experience highly regarded in strata law, property law, commercial litigation, NCAT disputes, Supreme Court litigation, negotiation, mediation and client advocacy.
