A Long-Established Strata Management Firmis seeking a professional StrataAssistantto join their friendly team in inner north Brisbane. Supporting a portfolio of well-maintained buildings, you’ll enjoy a supportive culture, structured systems, and an incentive program that rewards additional hours and current business growth.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting a portfolio of approx. 40 - 65 strata schemes
Attending committee and AGM meetings (including some after-hours)
Preparing and distributing agendas, budgets, and meeting minutes
Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and insurance renewals
Advising committees on by-laws, compliance and governance
Managing levy recovery processes and ensuring legislative compliance
Building strong relationships with owners, committees, and service providers
Using your own vehicle for on-site inspections and meetings

About You:

You’ll be a confident communicator and natural organiser who thrives in a quick-paced, service-driven environment.



Whether you’re already in strata or transitioning from property management or facilities administration, you’ll bring professionalism and a client-first mindset.

You will bring:
1–3+ years’ experience in strata, property, or building management
Sound understanding of Body Corporate legislation (or willingness to learn)
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strata software
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
