End-to-end management of a commercial and retail property portfolio.
Management of approximately 110 tenants.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Coordinating repairs and maintenance, including obtaining and reviewing contractor quotations.
Managing rent collection, arrears, rent reviews, lease renewals, options, and expiries.
Preparing detailed client reports and ownership recommendations.
Conducting inspections and attending onsite meetings as required.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practice.
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

About You To be successful, you will bring:
Previous experience in commercial property management.
Strong understanding of commercial and retail leasing practices.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and solid financial administration capabilities.
Confidence managing client relationships and stakeholder communications.
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your portfolio.
Robust knowledge of trust accounting principles and property management systems.
Real estate Cert QLD (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
