David Jones is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and culinary direction across seven retail outlets in Sydney. This hands-on role focuses on food quality, consistency, and cutting-edge menu direction from pass to plate.
The Head Chef will manage kitchen operations, collaborate with the Restaurant Manager/GM, and report to the Executive Chef/Operations Manager. This is an 8am–4pm, seven-day operation with a robust work/life balance, offering visa sponsorship where eligible.
