Solutions Architect - D365, Azure, Power Platform - Must be based in Sydney- Hybrid role 12 month rolling contract
Define and govern the end-to-end solution architecture across experience, application, data, integration, workflow, and security layers.
Lead architecture and design workshops with business and technical SMEs.
Develop and maintain key architecture artefacts, including target-state architecture, integration designs, and data migration approaches.
Lead data migration design, including source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, validation, and cutover planning.
Provide architecture governance and design authority throughout delivery.
Support testing, UAT, and cutover activities, ensuring solution outcomes align with agreed design principles.
Work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups, including business, delivery teams, vendors, and project leadership.
Essential Experience




Proven Solution Architect experience delivering platform modernisation, transformation, or replatform programs.
Solid experience designing and governing complex data migrations.
Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure integration services, or similar enterprise platforms.
Robust stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
Ability to operate as the lead architecture authority across concurrent workstreams.
Desirable Experience
Financial services, government, or other regulated industry experience.
Identity and access management design experience.
Experience delivering AI-enabled or automation-focused solutions.
Previous involvement in large-scale migration, consolidation, or transformation initiatives.
