About the role Site Supervisor (Electrical) Canberra Region, ACT We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a large-scale solar farm project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on leader with a solid background in construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, mining, or industrial projects. The role is offered on a contract basis and includes a daily site allowance.

Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily site operations and construction activities
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements
Monitor project progress and resolve in office issues




Foster a solid safety-first culture across the project About You - Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar leadership position
Minimum 10 years' experience in site-based construction supervision
Experience reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality records, method statements, construction work packs and project reporting
Experience on BESS, substation, high‑voltage or transmission projects will be highly regarded
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Only candidates with the right to work in Australia will be considered. (Australia Citizen, PR Holder, or Valid Australia working VISA)
