NSW Health - NSLHD is seeking an experienced Hospital in the Home Clinic Lead CNS2 to provide clinical leadership in a busy HITH clinic, coordinating care and improving patient journeys. This role is based primarily at the RNSH campus alongside a multidisciplinary team.
