Flexibility to work day shifts & sleepover shifts supporting individuals in home.
Availability on some weekends is a must
Assist participants with their daily routines and skills, such as- community access, medication, personal care and domestic duties.
Manage accurate and detailed shift reports, incident reports and progress notes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

CURRENT FIRST AID
CURRENT NSW DRIVER LICENCE
QUALIFICATION OR EXPERIENCE WORKING IN DISABILITY OR WILLING TO OBTAIN QUALIFICATION
AVAILABILITIES TO WORK WEEKENDS AND SLEEPOVERS.
