Are you a qualified HR Driver looking for an opportunity with a supportive start and a guaranteed path into a full-time driving role? Join our client, a leader in beverage transport and distribution, at their Stapylton depot.

The Chance

This unique opportunity is designed to set you up for success as a core member of the delivery team. You will begin with a structured 2-week initial training period as an Offsider to master the multi-drop process, delivery routes, and customer-facing standards. Upon successful completion of this induction, you will transition immediately into the HR Truck Driver role.

The Role

Based in Stapylton, you will be responsible for the multi-drop delivery of mixed alcohol products (cartons only, no kegs) to various outlets across the local region. This role involves:

Operating an HR license truck for local distribution routes.

Performing multi-drop deliveries and providing excellent customer service at each stop.

Significant manual handling, including the physical unloading of cartons, so physical fitness is essential.





Demonstrating a high level of concentration and road safety awareness.

Navigating delivery points that can sometimes be tricky and using initiative to assess secure spots for unloading.

Shift Times: Early morning starts (starts around 5:00 AM most days).

Pay Rate: Starts at $37.75/hour for the first two weeks as an Offsider, increasing to $42.21/hour once signed off.

Products: Mixed alcohol products (no kegs).

Work Type: Consistent and ongoing casual work with potential for long-term engagement.

What We're Looking For

Current and valid HR Truck Licence (mandatory).

Robust knowledge of the Brisbane metropolitan area.

Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of multi-drop delivery work.

Reliable with a strong work ethic and attendance record.

Candidates must be comfortable and ready to commit to the initial 2-week Offsider training period.
