Role Overview:

The short order cook is responsible for supporting the chefs in day to day operations within the kitchen as well as assisting in food preparation for in-venue and food trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
Standard food prep for in-venue and food trucks
Assist chefs in cooking and preparation of Breakfast and Lunch menus
Following and demonstrating correct food safety practices
Opening/Closing the kitchen and required equipment

Skills & Qualifications Required:
Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen
Current food safety certificate
Current Drivers Licence
