Conscious Care Group is growing and we’re looking for Mental Health Support Workers to join our supportive and values-driven team. We deliver Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access Support (CAS) to participants with a range of mental health needs.
You will support participants living with mental health conditions, including ASD, BPD, DID, PTSD and Schizophrenia. Shifts include day and evening sessions, with explicit guidance, training, and secure outcomes as a team.
