ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Service Technician, you will provide technical support to customers across Brisbane, servicing and repairing pool and spa equipment.

Your day will include
Diagnosing and repairing pool and spa equipment
Troubleshooting technical issues and finding solutions
Visiting customer sites across Brisbane
Providing qualified customer service and technical advice
Managing vehicle stock and spare parts




Completing service reports and returning faulty components for assessment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in the pool and spa industry is highly desirable
Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
Positive problem-solving ability
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current Class C Driver’s Licence (essential)
Restricted Electrical Licence (advantageous)
