This is a full time position, primarily involving physical and mechanical testing of construction materials. No prior experience is required, as full on-the-job training will be provided.

This role offers an entry point into the construction materials industry.

In your new role, you will:
Perform field and in-house materials testing
Carry out routine equipment checks
Ensure compliance with NATA requirements
Support the technical team

This role is ideal if you have:
Strong health and safety awareness
Good literacy and numeracy skills (written and verbal)
Physical fitness
A current Victorian driver's licence
Availability to work weekends and regular overtime
A professional work ethic
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
Solid customer focus and attention to detail
Cert III in Laboratory Techniques (advantageous)
