We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cook to join our growing kitchen team in Dubbo, NSW. This is an excellent prospect for a passionate culinary professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment while delivering high-quality meals and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present meals in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
Inspect ingredients and food products to ensure freshness, quality, and consistency.
Regulate and monitor the temperatures of ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment to ensure safe and efficient food preparation.
Season, portion, garnish, and plate meals to maintain presentation and quality standards.
Store food appropriately in temperature-controlled facilities and ensure proper stock rotation.
Prepare meals to accommodate special dietary requirements and customer preferences where required.
Assist with menu planning, estimating food requirements, and minimising food waste.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene,



and workplace cleanliness in accordance with Australian regulations.
Support the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff and apprentices when required.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure effective service during busy periods.

Skills & Experience
Relevant qualification equivalent to AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
A positive attitude with a robust commitment to customer satisfaction.

Salary: $80,000 –$85,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
