The Role:
Manage portfolio local to the Inner West
Liaise with landlords and tenants
Coordinate repairs and maintenance
Conduct routine and outgoing inspections
Manage bond claims
Attend NCAT hearings when required
Maintain low arrears with a well-managed rent roll
Take ownership of your responsibilities with autonomy and accountability

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in residential property management
Current Certificate of Registration
Reliable car and driver's licence
Positive energy with a proactive, switched-on mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Forward-thinking approach when working with investors
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
