We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Springwood team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio while being supported by a structure designed to help you succeed. You’ll have access to strong systems, a supportive team and resources that allow you to focus on delivering great service to your clients.

What You’ll Get
$85,000-$95,000 + super + performance-based bonus incentives
Field Agent support completing routines and open homes

Versatile working conditions including 1 day WFH per week after probation

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and maintain a residential property portfolio
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
Oversee maintenance, inspections and day-to-day portfolio management
Provide proactive communication and high-quality service
Work closely with your team to deliver strong client outcomes

What We’re Looking For
Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
Previous Property Management experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
PropertyMe experience preferred but not essential
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team workplace
