With a strong pipeline of secured work and a team-oriented culture, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team.

The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of commercial and office fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for driving project outcomes across planning, design coordination, procurement, and delivery.

This role offers a clear pathway to Construction Manager, with involvement in both early-stage project setup and end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial and office fit-out projects end-to-end
Manage pre-construction activities including planning, design coordination, and procurement strategy
Oversee budgets, programming, subcontractors,



and project delivery
Coordinate consultants, site teams, and stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Maintain strong client relationships and manage project risks
