Australian Staffing Agency (ASA) is seeking experienced LF High Reach Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced distribution centre in Broadmeadows.
This is a fantastic prospect for candidates who enjoy a mix of High Reach forklift operation, inventory control, RF scanning, and warehouse operations while working in a modern facility with consistent hours and long-term career potential.
What's On Offer?
$33-$40+ p/h
Day : 6am - 2pm | Afternoon: 2pm - 10pm | Night : 10pm - 6am
Ongoing Monday to Friday position
Opportunity for weekend overtime

Key Responsibilities
Operating LF High Reach forklifts
Inventory control and stock management
Cycle counting and stock reconciliation
RF scanning and Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions
Picking, packing, replenishment and putaways
Investigating inventory discrepancies
Quality checks and stock accuracy monitoring
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
Skills & Experience Required
Current LF Forklift Licence
Proven High Reach Forklift experience
Previous inventory or stock control experience
RF Scanning experience
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable transport and full Australian working rights
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
