The Opportunity

We're seeking two experienced Administrators to join our Service Division, based at our Hobart office:
One full-time position (38 hours per week)
One part-time position (25–30 hours per week)

We're looking for team players with a can-do attitude, solid organisational skills, and a genuine interest in being part of a close-knit, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Both positions involve:
Coordinating technicians to complete maintenance contracts and daily service work
Liaising with clients and sub-contractors
Assisting Project Managers with tender submissions
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard

You Are:

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities




Have excellent Microsoft Office skills
Have robust written and verbal communication skills
Are committed to maintaining a high standard of customer service
Are comfortable managing competing deadlines and working under pressure
Have valuable time management skills
Are confident using multiple software packages concurrently
Keen to build a strong working knowledge of our industry over time

What We Offer

• A Salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 pa plus 12% Superannuation (pro rata for part-time position)
