Current AHPRA registration
Minimum of 12 months strong experience in medical, surgical and/or rehab nursing
Confidence in acute clinical decision-making and managing competing priorities
Ability to step into new teams smoothly and lead with professionalism
A commitment to safe, high-quality patient care every shift
Excellent communication and teamwork
