The Role - Senior Financial Adviser, Hybrid

The primary focus of the role is to drive growth from new client revenues in both on-going advice and non-recurring revenues. A hybrid role, you will be provided a small list of existing clients to foster referrals and additional opportunities to kickstart your progression in the business.





Develop advice strategies to key client segments - retirees, wealth accumulators, business owners, redundancy, tax effective structures (client share schemes), delivering specialist services in Investments (includes direct) SMSF and Insurance advice.

With a focus on new business and working in collaboration with the Advice Team, you will develop a tailored strategy to build a current client pipeline via internal and external sources. You will build close working relationships with aligned professionals from within the business's existing orbit and by leveraging your own relationships.

You will be supported internally with an engagement / associate leveraging 500+ Insurance only clients, teamed with an existing 'farmer' managing a large book, the mortgage broking team plus access the steady flow of leads coming into the business via company marketing.
