you will be a trusted senior team member, influencing organisational outcomes. You will also partner closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Legal and System Planning & Financial Markets, providing strategic people advice while developing a small People team.

The Opportunity

This is a broad Senior People Partner position combining strategic business partnering with people leadership and ownership of key people frameworks that will support the organisation's continued growth.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape workforce capability, strengthen governance and build scalable people practices while helping mature the People & Culture function.
