Day Shift: $34.50 per hour
Afternoon Shift: $39.68 per hour
Night Shift: $44.85 per hour
6:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 10:00pm
10:00pm - 6:00am

We are seeking reliable and physically capable Production Labourers to join a well-established aluminium manufacturing company in the Penrith area. These are ongoing positions offering consistent full time hours, immediate starts, and the chance for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general labouring and production duties
Handle and process aluminium products safely and efficiently
Complete manual handling tasks in accordance with safe work practices
Assist with production processes to meet daily output targets
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times





To Be Successful You Will Have
Previous experience in manufacturing, production or general labouring (preferred)
The physical capability to perform repetitive manual tasks
A reliable and punctual approach to work
The ability to work effectively in a team environment
Positive attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Availability to work Sunday to Friday on your allocated shift
